You can enter your Toll-Free number or your Customer ID number and master password at the top right hand corner of this page to access WebLINK. You may also use the pin number from any mailbox to access that mailbox, however access will be limited to those mailboxes that have that pin number.
What is a master password?
This is the pin number you entered when you set up your system. If you have not setup your system yet, call your Toll-Free number and proceed with setup. You can access documentation on system setup here.
What is the PIN?
It is the 4-10 digit code used to enter the mail box you want to access. If you enter your PIN you will be able to access the mailboxes that use that PIN only. If you enter the Master ID you will be able to access all mailboxes.
Forgot your password?
Follow this link and enter either your Toll-Free or Customer ID Number. You password will be emailed to the address associated with your account. If your email address has changed since you opened the account please contact us and we will confirm your identity
prior to assistance.
